Neuro Essence provides strength and conditioning face-to-face training for female basketball athletes 16+ high school/college and young adults across Orange, Osceola, and Polk County.
Each session is designed to develop physically and mentally, helping them become stronger, quicker, more explosive and more confident on the court.
Athletes are trained to move with purpose, play through contact, and perform under pressure while building a durable body that can handle the demands of the season.
Elevate Her Game. This is a high-level summer training experience designed specifically for female basketball players 16+ who are serious about improving their game.
