Neuro Essence provides strength and conditioning face-to-face training for high school hoopers across Orange, Osceola, and Polk County. October through February. Each session is designed to help athletes become mentally tougher, quicker, more shifty, and fundamentally sound, while developing a strong, durable body that supports them throughout their season and push them outside of their comfort zone.
Our training focuses on building strength, endurance, and athletic movement so hoopers can finish contested drives, execute combo moves to the basket, shoot with greater consistency, and handle the ball with tighter control. Every session is built to help players connect all aspects of their game, such as physical, mental, and skill, so they perform with confidence on the court.

WHY THIS CAMP WORKS
This camp is effective because athletes train in small-group, full-body sessions designed to maximize engagement and results. Each 90-minute workout focuses on building strength, speed, and skill through weight training, interval sprinting, and advanced footwork, emphasizing crafty, game-like finishes to the basket. The final 15 minutes of the session is dedicated to mindful movement with the basketball, where players engage in air form shooting, finishing sequences, and ball-control work to connect physical performance with focus, confidence, and control.
